This solid brass lion head knocker brings bold, sculptural character to cabinetry, furniture, and doors. Inspired by the protective lion motifs found in antique Moroccan architecture, each piece is cast, shaped, and hand-engraved by metalworkers in Marrakesh using techniques passed down through generations of maalem craftsmen.
The lion's mane and facial features are meticulously engraved by hand, ensuring that no two pieces are identical. Cast in solid brass, the hardware develops a warm, living patina over time—deepening from bright gold to rich amber tones that reflect years of use and touch.
