Shipping & Returns

Every order ships worldwide from Morocco via DHL Express with full tracking. Typical transit is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Import duties and taxes are paid by us (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no surprise customs charges on delivery.

You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet entered fulfillment. Email support@kilimy.com with your order reference to cancel. Refund processing takes 10 to 14 days.

Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, with no restocking fee. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer; there are no other deductions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, with processing taking 10 to 14 days after the returned item arrives and is inspected.

Items tagged as fragile are covered by our shipping insurance. Issues with fragile pieces are resolved case by case and may qualify for a full refund.

Made-to-order pieces are crafted individually for you and are non-returnable, except where they arrive damaged or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. We will resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
