Damaged in transit
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We will resolve quickly (replacement or refund depending on availability).

For now, returns are handled case-by-case due to cross-border shipping costs. If you have an issue with expectations vs reality, contact us and we’ll make it right.
