Shipping & Returns

Orders ship free worldwide from Morocco via DHL Express with full tracking. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 3 business days and arrive in 7 to 12 business days; made-to-order pieces add their crafting time. For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are included and there is nothing to pay on delivery. For all other destinations, import duties and taxes are not included and are collected on delivery.

You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet entered fulfillment. Email support@kilimy.com with your order reference to cancel. Refund processing takes 10 to 14 days.

Ready-to-ship items can be returned free within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@kilimy.com with your order reference and we arrange the pickup; there is no return shipping to pay and no restocking fee. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, with processing taking 10 to 14 days after the returned item arrives and is inspected.

Made-to-order pieces are crafted individually for you and are non-returnable, except where they arrive damaged or not as described.

If any piece arrives damaged, fragile ceramics included, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We send a replacement or a full refund, and there is nothing to send back.
