Small variations in the painted lines, motif placement, glaze texture, color intensity, and surface finish are natural characteristics of handmade Moroccan ceramics. These subtle differences make each plate individual and preserve the character of the artisan's work.

Questions
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

Can I cancel or return an order?
Cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before fulfillment. Returns are free within 14 days: email us and we handle the pickup and the full refund. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or not as described.
Is it really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is made by hand and carries an Origin Passport recording its city and craft. The maker is named when they have agreed to it.

Even more beautiful in person
The pieces look even more beautiful in person, especially when they are lit. The fact that you noticed the crack during your final quality check and chose to replace the piece rather than send it to me says a lot about the standards you have for your work. The letter from you and the certificate of verified origin were also a wonderful touch.
