- Wash gently by hand with mild soap and warm water
- Dry thoroughly after washing
- Avoid sudden temperature changes
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers that may scratch the glazed surface
- Handle carefully as each piece is individually handcrafted

Questions
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

Is it really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is made by hand and carries an Origin Passport recording its city and craft. The maker is named when they have agreed to it.

Even more beautiful in person
The pieces look even more beautiful in person, especially when they are lit. The fact that you noticed the crack during your final quality check and chose to replace the piece rather than send it to me says a lot about the standards you have for your work. The letter from you and the certificate of verified origin were also a wonderful touch.
