We ship directly from Morocco. Each order is confirmed with the workshop, then packed export-safe for international delivery.
Ready-to-ship pieces are packed and dispatched from Morocco within 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted by hand first; the product page shows the crafting time.
Ready-to-ship orders arrive in 7 to 12 business days from the day you order. Made-to-order pieces add their crafting time. Shipping is free, by DHL Express with tracking.
Dates count business days, Monday to Friday. Customs inspection, public holidays and remote addresses can add time.
For orders shipped to the United States, duties and taxes are included and there is nothing to pay on delivery. For all other destinations, import duties and taxes are not included and are collected on delivery by the carrier.
You’ll receive a tracking email after dispatch. For fragile ceramics, we prioritize secure packaging to reduce breakage risk in transit.
