Shipping & Delivery
We ship directly from Morocco. Each order is confirmed with the workshop, then packed export-safe for international delivery.
Processing & dispatch
Typical dispatch is 3–7 business days depending on the artisan’s lead time and the item type (ceramics need extra packing time).
Delivery estimates
- US: 5–12 business days
- UK/EU: 4–10 business days
- GCC: 3–8 business days
Estimates vary by carrier and customs processing.
Customs & duties
For orders shipped to the United States, duties and taxes are included and there is nothing to pay on delivery. For all other destinations, import duties and taxes are not included and are collected on delivery by the carrier.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email after dispatch. For fragile ceramics, we prioritize secure packaging to reduce breakage risk in transit.
