This unglazed terracotta tagine brings the soul of Moroccan cooking into your kitchen. Handcrafted in Marrakesh from natural clay, its conical lid rises with purpose—fitted with a traditional steam vent that circulates moisture and heat exactly as generations of cooks have relied upon. Abdelhak Az. shapes each tagine in his Fekharra workshop, where nineteen years of specialization in Safi ceramic traditions meet the practical demands of the modern kitchen. The unglazed terracotta surface seasons beautifully over time, developing character with every use. Measuring approximately 30 cm in diameter and 20 cm in height, this tagine comfortably serves four to five people and adapts to electric stoves, ceramic hobs, and ovens.

Care Instructions

• Soak in water for 2 hours before first use to strengthen the clay
• Always use low to medium heat; terracotta requires gentle warming
• Hand wash with warm water and mild soap; avoid harsh detergents
• Dry completely before storing to prevent moisture absorption
